GreenPointe Holdings Welcomes Maryann Farhat as General Counsel

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 4, 2025) – GreenPointe Holdings, a diversified holding company dedicated to creating sustainable and high-value communities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Maryann Farhat as General Counsel. In this role, Farhat will lead the company’s legal oversight and provide strategic counsel across its real estate development operations.

With nearly a decade of legal experience, Farhat brings to GreenPointe a wealth of knowledge in real estate law, contract negotiation and disputes, property disputes, construction defects, and title insurance claims. Her strategic insight and proven capabilities will play a vital role in advancing GreenPointe’s development initiatives.

Farhat received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Central Florida.
