Amelia Riverfront Restaurant Demolition and Re-Development Survey

The lease between the City of Fernandina Beach and the Center Street Restaurant Group (Brett's) ends December 2025. Due to the age and integrity of the structure, the City intends to demolish this building the first of 2026. 

The City has contracted with Passero & Associates to provide redevelopment concepts and probable costs for this area of the downtown waterfront. The proposed options are shown below and the City welcomes your feedback.
