Property Appraiser, Kevin J. Lilly, Announces New Callahan Office Hours

Nassau County, FL – Nassau County Property Appraiser Kevin Lilly is pleased to announce the expansion of office hours at the Callahan branch, located in the Walter “Junior” Boatright Building on Mickler Street. Starting May 5th, the Callahan office will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM but will be closed for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This modification of office days/hours will provide Western Nassau County citizens with more convenient access to the services our office provides.

Customer Service Specialist Samantha Brandt, along with Residential Appraisers Tim Williams and Will Wood, will be available to assist citizens with filing for property tax exemptions and agricultural classification applications, as well as the submission of tangible personal property returns.
