Nassau County Economic Development Board Workforce Development Survey

In conjunction with Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) and CareerSource Northeast Florida, the Nassau County Economic Development Board (NCEDB) would like to request a moment of your time to share answers about your current workforce skills gaps.

A program is currently being researched and designed to assist Nassau County residents level-up within skilled trades. Funding has already been set aside, and our partners are highly motivated to make these dollars work the best they can for our local business environment.

Based on your feedback, our task force will build a program that can be customized based on specific company/industry-level needs with state funding so you can improve your operations without expanding your budget.
