Family-Centered Care at UF Health Family Medicine – Amelia Island

UF Health Family Medicine Amelia Island

At UF Health Family Medicine – Amelia Island, providing compassionate primary care to you and your family, while serving the Amelia Island community is at the heart of what we do. Located in the Sadler Square shopping center, our family medicine team cares for individuals and families of all ages, from infants to older adults. We support the health and well-being of our community through dedicated and personalized care.

Having a primary care provider is important to have at any age. We provide care that grows with you, from well-baby checks and sports physicals to managing chronic health conditions and supporting healthy aging. That personalized care continues year-round through services, such as annual checkups, diabetic eye exams, women’s health, minor procedures like joint- and trigger-point injections and virtual visits. Our team also provides routine vaccinations, sports medicine and weight management services.

What makes our practice special is the connection we make with our patients and the experience of our team.
