Board of County Commissioners Workshop: Vision 2050

After two years of community input and collaboration, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) released the draft Vision 2050 plan to the community on April 27, 2025. Residents were able to go to the Vision website and explore the draft plan through an interactive Storymap where you can review the preferred growth plan, actions and strategies.

The County also hosted four Open House events across the County in May to allow members of the public to come in, speak with planning staff, review the draft plan, and ask questions.

On Monday, June 9, 2025, the BOCC will host a Workshop to review the draft Vision 2050 and discuss the next steps. The public is welcome to attend.

The Workshop will take place at 3:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers located at 96135 Nassau Place, Yulee. The meeting can also be viewed remotely at www.nassauclerk.com/watch-meetings.
