New Recycling Program Available to All Nassau County Residents

Nassau County Solid Waste is pleased to announce a new recycling program! Nassau County residents can now safely dispose of used cooking oil at the Convenience Recycle Center located at 46026 Landfill Road in Callahan.

This service is provided at no cost to Nassau County residents (must show proof of residency). NO COMMERCIAL LOADS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

The Convenience Recycle Center is open:

Tuesday-Friday 
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:30-1:00 p.m.)

Satuday 
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
