Survey: Community Assessment of Local Hazards, Risks and Vulnerabilities

Nassau County Emergency Management is working to identify ways to improve community resilience from all types of hazards.  This includes educational outreach to help residents get better prepared and public works projects that reduce impacts from severe weather, storm surge, and wildfire on structures, transportation, and communication.

Please take a minute to go to www.OneNassau.com and let us know about disaster preparedness from your perspective.  You can even let us know about flood-prone roads and other issues in your neighborhood.
