Fernandina Beach, FL October 16, 2022 – Lisa Jones, president of LR, Holistic Life and Leadership Coaching, LLC, is the featured presenter at the American Business Women's Association's (ABWA) Eight Flags Chapter November 8, 2022, meeting. The gathering starts at 5:30 pm at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club.
"The holiday season almost always brings increased activity and stress--parties, family and business gatherings, shopping—in addition to keeping our businesses and careers going," says Lillie Marie Rogers, ABWA professional development Co-chair. "Join us as Lisa shares tips for natural ways to reduce stress while running our businesses and growing our careers during the coming holiday season, " she adds. Lisa is a passionate and dedicated holistic life and leadership coach. As an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three, she has vast experience and a demonstrated history of working in the Business, Wellness, and Fitness arena. She is the founder of LR Coaching and has worked in Life Development Leadership and Wellness for 25 years. "Putting in more 'hours' is not the answer to your growth goals. Your path to exponential success means infusing your hours with more quality," says Lisa. Lisa supports clients by helping them clarify their vision, pushing through self-doubt, and creating more self-confidence to live the life they want. Her motto is "Starve your fears; Feed your dreams." The Eight Flags Chapter of ABWA meets the second Tuesday of each month starting at 5:30 pm to offer Professional Development via interactive speakers who can impart the motivation and skills we all need to create success in today's business world. Each meeting also offers ample time to network with women from various businesses, skills, and experiences. Please visit www.abwaeightflags.org to learn more and to register for the meeting. ABWA reminds all women to vote on November 8. The mission of the American Businesswomen's Association is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition. The Eight Flags Charter Chapter has been helping Nassau County businesswomen succeed for 53 years.
