The Annual Black Friday Pajama Party will once again take place in Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach on November 26 , the day after Thanksgiving. PJD’s, Fernandina Beach Main Street, and the Historic Fernandina Business Association have a great day of shopping, music, and fun planned from 8AM until 4PM.

Downtown merchants will be open for early shopping in your pajamas. Many will be offering special discounts and treats to enjoy while you shop. Pam Bell will entertain you with a holiday Bell Concert at 10AM in front of the Welcome Center. Take Stock in Children will be painting faces all day in the pocket park while Main Street volunteers warm you with a Hot Chocolate booth. The 2nd Street Block Party, sponsored by PJD’s, will include music by Michele Anders, Sean McCarthy, Amy Vickery, and Sam McDonald. The much-anticipated Pajama Contest will take place at 11AM on S. 2nd Street this year with a chance to win prizes donated by local merchants for Best Individual, Best Group, Most Creative, and Best Pet Pajamas.

Special thanks to our Black Friday Pajama Party sponsors: 2nd Story Gallery & Studios, Christmas on the River, Fernandina Pirates Club, Inc., Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry Co., Harbor Wear, Olive Amelia, Pelindaba Lavender, Teak & Ivy, The Addison of Amelia, TRV Fund, Twisted Sister, Villa Villekulla Toy Store, and WataNut.

“The Pajama Party is one of the most important holiday shopping days for my business and many others downtown. People love coming from all over to enjoy the fun day and get their holiday shopping done at our unique small businesses.”, says Theresa Duncan, Main Street board member and co-owner of Villa Villekulla Toy Store.

For up-to-date information on discounts, games and events happening in the Fernandina Beach Main Street District for the Black Friday Pajama Party on November 26th, visit https://www.facebook.com/FernandinaMainStreet.
