Tick tock. It’s time to get your ticket, as the tickets for our annual Light Up a Life gala for Friday, March 27th at the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, are going fast. Our gala is our one fund raising event of 2020 to help to provide scholarships, mentors and hope to academically talented low-income students, as we have done for 23 years.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a choice of raffle opportunities and a wonderful silent auction featuring more than 100 items from generous businesses and artists of Nassau County. A three-course seated dinner will follow with an inspiring message from renowned author and philanthropist David Baldacci.
Our current high school and college students, along with some of our college graduates, will share their stories about how their lives have been changed by Take Stock in a newly produced video. John Springer, a talented pianist and singer, will provide entertainment with his memorable tunes.
Reservations for tickets are available at www.takestocknassau.org or by calling 904-548-4464. You will also find opportunities on our website to become a sponsor for our event and help to change someone’s life. You don’t want to miss this!
