While appointments aren't required, appointments get first priority.

All donors will receive a OneBlood Hero Towel and a $20.00 eGift Card! Plus, a wellness checkup includes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening.  Tips for a successful donation: Include red meat in your diet (2-3 meals), drink water regularly, and drink 16 oz before donating, eat a meal 2 hours before your donation. After donation: no heavy lifting or vigorous exercise the rest of the day, grab a healthy snack and drink plenty of water.
