New Board of County Commissioners Chairman and Vice Chairman Selected

1/4/22 @ 8:45 a.m. - At the Monday, December 13, 2021 meeting, the Board appointed Commissioner Aaron Bell as Chairman and Commissioner Jeff Gray as Vice Chairman for 2022. A new Chairman and Vice Chairman are appointed annually. The Chairman's role is to conduct meetings following Roberts Rules of Orders, a widely used parliamentary procedure in the U.S. designed to make meetings as efficient as possible. Should the Chairman of the Board be absent from a meeting, the Vice-Chairman steps in to fill the Chairman's role.
