A plan for short-term rentals from the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners was sent to the State this morning. County Manager, Mike Mullin, and Assistant County Manager, Taco Pope, met with the Tourist Development Council this morning to review a draft plan to be submitted to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations to reinstate short-term rentals in Nassau County. The final plan was submitted at 11:04 this morning. A copy can be found attached below. CLICK HERE to download the documents. Once approval is received from the State, an Emergency Order will be issued to codify the plan.
