2/1/23 @ 10:00 a.m. - The Nassau County Extension Office is hosting a series of lawn management workshops. The first will take place on Saturday, February 11th from 9am-12pm at their office located at 85831 Miner Road in Yulee. See flyer for complete schedule and topic for each session.
Registration is $25 and includes all workshop materials. Light refreshments will be served. DESCRIPTION OF EVENT A ubiquitous component of landscapes is the lawn. Properly selecting plant species and management will significantly improve your yard by reducing threats of bad insects and diseases. This program will cover all the best management practices for Florida turfgrass species and turf-alternative recommendations for your lawn. Join UF/IFAS Extension Nassau County for the New Homeowners Guide to the Landscape workshop series for its first workshop program of 2023. By participating in these workshop programs you will be able to enjoy your landscape more and work less. Program registration is $25.00 and will cover the program's materials and costs.
