FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE December 3, 2020 Contact: Amber Teeters Amber.Teeters@flhealth.gov Nassau County Department of Health Partners With State COVID Call Center To Assist In COVID-19 Response for Nassau County FERNANDINA BEACH — The Florida Department of Health in Nassau County has partnered with the State COVID-19 Call Center to assist with COVID-19 response. Individuals who have been identified as a positive COVID-19 case or who have been identified as a close contact to a positive COVID-19 case should be prepared to receive a phone call from the Florida Department of Health. An individual who is a confirmed COVID-19 case or has had exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case should answer the phone if they receive a call from any of the following numbers: (833) 917-2880, (833) 443-5364, (850) 583-2419 People who test positive for COVID-19 or have close contact with a COVID-19 case may also receive calls from case investigators or contact tracers at the Nassau County Health Department. These calls will come from local 904 numbers.
