Press Release Submitted by Liz Dunn January 16, 2022 Nassau County Council on Aging’s (NCCOA’s) next meeting of the Low Vision Support Group is on Wednesday, January 26, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, at the Janice Ancrum Senior Life Center, 1901 Island Walk Way in Fernandina Beach. During the meeting, group members will share how they cope with low vision or blindness and what support NCCOA offers, including talking books and low vision products for independent living. Carolyn Wiltse, representative of the Vision Education & Rehabilitation Center (VERC), will demonstrate the importance of coloring contrast; VERC Representative Candy Solomon will detail services offered.
