May 4, 2021 (Nassau County, FL) The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce has recently launched a new Job Board, making it easier than ever for employers and prospective candidates to connect with each other. The Job Board allows Chamber members to post available positions for free; non-members may also post available positions for a small fee. Employers have enough to worry about; finding qualified applicants for available positions should not be one of them. When the Quick Apply option is activated for a posting, employers will be automatically notified when a candidate applies, as well as a running list of all applicants for each position.
For job seekers, the job board is a fast, reliable way to apply to various opportunities with local businesses and organizations. This is not a third-party careers page or a cumbersome experience for applicants. With the Quick Apply option, job seekers can fill out their personal information and upload a resume in minutes. Applicants also have the option to add their resume to the Resume Bank, providing the job seeker with unprecedented exposure to all local employers, rather than just being seen by one or two businesses. Those looking for flexible schedules or part-time positions are encouraged to place their availability on the resume. For the first time ever, the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce is offering a free resume writing service, available to Nassau County residents. Once basic information is provided, Chamber staff will create a professional resume, free of charge. Your resume will be sent back by the end of the day in both Word and PDF formats. To get started, simply contact the Chamber of Commerce staff at info@NassauCountyFLChamber.com or (904) 261-3248. Whether you are an employer or a job seeker, it has never been easier to find your next great employment opportunity.
