Fernandina Beach, FL, October 7, 2022 - Attention all Nassau County Businesswomen, the Eight Flags Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) invites you to join them Tuesday, October 11 at 5:30 pm for a presentation sharing the The Perception Paradox: Remove friction without blame for stronger relationships, businesses and teams.
Starting at 5:30 pm at Fernandina Beach Golf Club on Bill Melton Road in Fernandina Beach, the chapter will host Leila Ansart, President and Leadership Advisor at LEADERSHIP IMPACT STRATEGIES. This consulting firm focuses on workplace culture and leadership development. Leadership Impact Strategies' mission is to achieve outstanding business outcomes through people-first leadership. Ansart is certified as a Leadership Advisor, Executive Coach ACC, Business Coach and a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant. In this talk, leadership and communication expert Leila Ansart will uncover the ways that friction in our businesses and teams cost us in productivity, profitability and retention. You'll learn a framework that creates a common language among teammates and takes the sting out of personality differences, and how to create more ease, influence and better results with those you work with. The local ABWA chapter has been helping women succeed in business in Nassau County for 53 years. Each monthly meeting provides Professional Development speakers who impart the motivation and skills needed to create success in today's business world. The organization meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm, beginning with networking, a light meal, a speaker, and networking time after the speaker.
