It's Time To Save Lives! OneBlood is at Wildlight on Wednesday, November 30th for Last Drive in 2022

Appointments get first priority.  Be sure to bring your ID.  All donors will receive a Plush Blanket and a $20.00 eGift Card! A wellness checkup includes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening. 

Tips for a successful donation:

• Drink 16 oz before donating.
• Eat a meal 2 hours before your donation.
• Include red meat in your diet (2-3 meals two weeks prior)
• Drink water regularly.
• REMEMBER:  after donation: no heavy lifting or vigorous exercise the rest of the day; grab a healthy snack and drink plenty of water.
