Improved Design for Nassau County Vote by Mail Ballots - Ballots on the Way!

Janet H. Adkins, Supervisor of Elections for Nassau County, mailed nearly 18,000 vote by mail ballots on Thursday, July 14th. Voters who vote by mail will receive an envelope with an improved design. The return envelopes now include a signature flap that covers the voter’s signature entirely while in the custody of the USPS and transport to the Elections Office.

Vote by Mail ballots must be received by the Elections Office no later than 7 pm on election night. Voters can return their ballot one of three ways:

1. United States Postal Service: No postage is required to return your ballot
2. Supervisor of Elections Office: Open Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
3. Secure Ballot Intake Station: Located at every Early Voting Site from 9 am – 6 pm

Voters can track their ballot by signing up for real-time notifications via text, email, or voice. Download the new Vote Nassau FL mobile app and select “Track my Ballot.”
