Mary Simmons is the VP of HR Consulting for Asure Software.  She has over 30 years’ experience as an HR professional and now leads a team of over 20 HR Consultants to provide HR services to clients nationwide.  Mary holds HR certifications from SHRM and HRCI and she is a Disc Certified trainer.
 
Mary partners with organization’s to help them grow while protecting them from litigation and ensuring they are compliant with local, state and federal employment laws.  Mary and her team of professional, certified HR Consultants assist employers in keeping their employees productive and engaged to drive success.
 
Mary is an adjunct professor at New York Institute of Technology where she teaches a SHRM  HR Certification program and has also taught corporate education classes at Farmingdale University.
