The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend Hot Topics: How to Overcome Negative Thoughts (Part 2) on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 8:30-9:30 AM at the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce, 961687 Gateway Blvd., Suite 101-G, Fernandina Beach, Florida. 

Guest speaker Carlos Bustabad of Carlos J. Bustabad Hypnosis will continue his interactive presentation, providing attendees with simple but effective ways to manage and control negative thoughts, which are often the main cause of our daily stress and anxiety. Participants will not only learn how to manage these thoughts but also various techniques to help prevent negativity altogether. 

Carlos Bustabad is a Certified Hypnotist, Certified Sports Hypnotist, and Master EFT Practitioner. His mission is to help clients effectively increase and enhance their confidence, motivation and performance in both their personal and professional lives.
