Thursday, May 13, 2021 is Keller Williams Realty Red Day! It's the day that Keller Williams Realty Agents and Offices all around the world get together to donate their time and volunteer for the communities in which they live.
The members of Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, Amelia Island, will be doing their part this year with a “Drive Through Food Drive” for Barnabas. It will take place in the Harris Teeter Shopping Plaza located at 4800 1st Coast Highway, Amelia Island, from 9am – 2pm. Food may be also donated at the Keller Williams Realty office location in the Plaza, at Suite #230, all week from Monday, May 10th – Thursday, May 13th, 9am- 2pm.
All donations will benefit the Barnabas Food Pantry. A Nassau County nonprofit which services include assisting individuals and families who are struggling with knowing where their next meal will come from. During the pandemic, the Food Pantry has been especially hard hit and in need of support.
The most pressing food needs are currently any brand of the following: Soup, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Pasta, Canned Vegetables, Cereal, Canned Beans, and Rice. But any unexpired, unopened and nonperishable food is so welcome.
In keeping with the theme, “Loading up for Barnabas”, Keller Williams will be raffling off a MiniStar wagon - a handmade Aluminum and Steel Wagon replica of a full-sized trailer. This wagon has it all including mud flaps, inflated tires and running lights! This handmade and collectable wagon was donated by CMD Truck & Trailer Sales of Jacksonville and has a value of $1,400. Perfect for fun, the avid outdoors person or gardener!
For every bag of food donated, donors will receive 1 raffle ticket to the drawing. Raffle tickets may also be purchased from a Keller Williams agent/office or at the event for just $1.00 each. The drawing takes place following the event and 1 winner will be notified. Do not need to be present to win. All proceeds go to assist Barnabas as they serve Nassau County, Florida.
Thank you so much for “GIVING WHERE YOU LIVE”
