Fernandina Beach Main Street is announcing a new fundraiser in addition to their signature event, Island Hop Craft Beer Fest.  On Sunday, May 29, FBMS will host the “Stripes & Star, Let’s Hit the Bars” Bar Crawl.  This event will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m.  Nine downtown bars and restaurants will be participating and offering drink and food specials for registered participants.

The Crawl begins at Café Karibo and ends with an after-party at the Green Turtle.  Registration includes a map of participating bars and restaurants, a wristband for food and drink discounts, event swag, and an opportunity to win door prizes at the after-party.  Attendees are encouraged to dress in red, white and blue.  Prizes will be awarded for biggest group, most creative, and judge’s favorite.

Registration will be in the courtyard between Café Karibo and Duck Pinz Bowling on North 3rd Street.  Participants must be at least 21 years of age and proof of age is required.  Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 the day of the event.  To purchase tickets in advance, go to www.islandhopcraftbeerfest.com.

Special thanks to our Presenting Sponsor, First Port City Bank; Swag Sponsor, Duck Pinz; and Wristband Sponsor, Century 21 Miller Elite!
