The Nassau County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the students for Leadership Nassau Class 20.

Leadership Nassau assists in the development of community leaders by providing participants from diverse backgrounds with an understanding of the problems and issues facing the community. The program fosters the development of leadership skills and techniques in an environment that encourages the establishment of new relationships and communication networks between participants.
The class begins with team building activities. Additional sessions include Economic Development, Education, Justice and Law Enforcement, Government, Environment, Health Issues/Social Concerns, Arts and Culture and a Regional Issues Day. "The Leadership Nassau program gave me the knowledge I needed to better understand and serve my community. There is so much to learn and experience in the program, whether you've lived here for one year or forty," said Joshua Whitfield, Amelia Island Museum of History, Leadership Nassau Class 19 graduate.
