Fernandina Beach, FL, October 14, 2021 - Nassau County Businesswomen are invited to join the Eight Flags Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) November 9 at 5:30 pm for an interactive presentation on networking entitled Better networking = Better Business.
Starting at 5:30 pm at Fernandina Beach Golf Club on Bill Melton Road in Fernandina Beach, the chapter will host Elizabeth Pampalone, an International Speaker, Podcaster, Minimalist, and Expert Marketer. Networking can be one of the most daunting tasks of running a business, but the Queen of Networking knows it is how to see your goals become realities through networking. Pampalone, the owner of Absolute Marketing™ in Jacksonville, has developed proven formulas that help her clients and herself. Her innovative approach helps overwhelmed business owners and burnt-out nonprofit directors to achieve success and freedom through the power of Absolute Marketing™. The local ABWA chapter just celebrated its 52 year anniversary of helping women succeed in business in Nassau County. Each monthly meeting provides Professional Development speakers who impart the motivation and skills needed to create success in today’s business world. In addition, there is time to network with women from variety of businesses, skill sets, and experience. The organization meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm, beginning with networking, a light meal, and followed by a program starting at 6 pm. Please visit www.abwaeightflags.org to learn more and to register for the meeting. The Eight Flags Chapter President, Lillie Marie Rogers, shares an inspirational quote by Eleanor Roosevelt, “A Good Leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader, a Great Leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.” Our meetings will inspire you to practice great leadership and confidence in your workplace and as you grow your business. The mission of the American Businesswomen’s Association is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.
