Conversations about advance care planning are in the news now because of the severity of the health crisis. Honoring Choices Florida, a program of Community Hospice & Palliative Care offers free advance care planning materials to our community. The Nassau County Council on Aging will be hosting and online virtual presentation to discuss your advance care planning options and ask questions about living wills and the designation of a healthcare surrogate.

People considered high-risk for coronavirus-related complications are feeling especially vulnerable.
