May 18, 2022 For more information, contact: Marie Fenn at rmr.marie@gmail.com Fernandina Beach, FL—The Eight Flags charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) invites all area women to their first annual ABWA Extravaganza on June 14, 2022, at the Golf Club of Amelia Island, 4700 Amelia Island Pkwy. “Our education fundraiser is rift with food, fun, fashions, and celebrations,” says current president Lillie Marie Rogers. “Let’s get together with our peers to network while enjoying a gourmet meal, door prizes, and a silent auction featuring high-end handbags complete with goodies inside,” says Dottie Fortwengler, ABWA membership chair. The Fashionistas from local businesses Go Fish and Twisted Sisters will showcase fashions and accessories that help businesswomen “dress for success on a budget.” The cash bar opens at 5:30, and the exciting program of celebrations, a plated gourmet dinner, and the fun starts at 6 pm.
