There is a one-time application fee of $30.00 for all applicants. 

Schedule I - General Business
1-10 employees -- $235.00
11-up -- $2.20 per additional employee
(rounded up to next $5.00 increment)

Schedule II - Financial Institutions
First $10 million in Annual Deposits -- $435.00
Each additional $10 million -- $125.00

Schedule III - Accommodations
1-20 units -- $235.00 minimum
21-up -- $3.30 per additional unit
(rounded up to next $5.00 increment)

Schedule IV - Restaurants
1-100 Seats -- $235.00
101 - up -- $2.20 per additional seat
(rounded up to next $5.00 increment)

Schedule V - Real Estate
Broker/First Agent:  $235
Each additional agent-- $160
(includes business card and brochure privileges)

Schedule VI Apartments/Trailer Parks
1-50 sites/units -- $235.00
Each additional site -- $1.10 per site/unit
(rounded up to next $5.00 increment)

Schedule VII - Health Care
Base -- $235.00
Each Bed -- $2.20
(rounded up to next $5.00 increment)

Schedule VIII - Professionals
(Attorneys, Physicians, Insurance, Real Estate)
