Immediate need for an office assistant with excellent customer service and communication skills. Successful candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment. Support provided to include, but will not be limited to, handling and responding to phones calls, faxes and emails, greeting visitors, providing support to office staff, and preparing various materials for training and other purposes using Adobe Indesign. Must be proficient in software such as Microsoft Suite and various Adobe software including Indesign. At least two-three years in an office support role required.
